The legendary archaeologist Indiana Jones is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable icons of the film world, but he earned this fame through the original trilogy of films. Sadly, the fact is that Indy got his last really good film in 1989, and since then we have seen poor sequels that simply do not carry the charm of the original stories.
The injustice was decided to be corrected by the developer Machine Games, who, through the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, did what modern film technology simply cannot do: put the younger Harrison Ford's face on the famous archaeologist and send him on a new adventure where there is no shortage of action sequences, good humor, and excellent musical accompaniment. The game convincingly takes us back to a time when stories were simpler and relied on Indy's charisma, which in this experience was superlatively voiced by Troy Baker.
But it's not just about evoking nostalgia, as the game is also a completely good one, delivering a good and diverse gameplay formula. Although we initially had reservations about the first-person perspective, Machine Games demonstrated their talent and made exploring ancient temples through this perspective even more atmospheric.
